We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from our luxury watch store. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your watch, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.
Returns
At JD Watches, your satisfaction is our priority. Return requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of delivery and are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of JD Watches.Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee that the return will be accepted.If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original, unworn and unaltered condition, with all accompanying materials, packaging, and accessories.All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers processing, authentication, inspection, and re-inventory costs.The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items
- Items designated as final sale
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, or modified in any way
- Items returned without their original accompanying materials or accessories
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at info@jdwnyc.com within three (3) days from the date of delivery. Items should not be shipped back until the return has been authorized and return instructions have been provided by JD Watches.
Refunds
Inspection: All authorized returns are subject to inspection and authentication upon receipt.
Processing Time: Once an approved return has been received, inspected, and accepted, the refund will be processed within three (3) business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable 10% restocking fee and any other applicable charges.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error by JD Watches or an eligible defect. Why We Charge a Restocking Fee
Due to the high-value nature of our timepieces, every approved return must undergo a comprehensive intake process before it can be offered for sale again. The 10% restocking fee helps offset costs associated with payment processing, return administration, authentication, condition inspection, testing, handling, and preparing the watch to be returned to inventory.
This process is necessary to ensure that every timepiece offered by JD Watches continues to meet our standards for authenticity, condition, and quality.
The restocking fee is not intended as a penalty; it reflects the costs associated with processing and re-verifying a returned luxury timepiece.
